You need to get an answering service. Very inconvienent to play e-mail tag. Also privacy is violated with unscreened door to outside hallway. NOT COOL!

I was disappointed that my massage had to be rescheduled three times. #1 didn't have a masseuse available, #2 masseuse went home sick, #3 masseuse didn't show up but the other masseuse rearranged her schedule so that my appointment could be kept. There was no follow up from owner apologizing for the 3rd mixup which was very disappointing. I understand that the first two times happen but showing up for appt #3 to find the masseuse not there was not acceptable.
