Fox Run Auto provided quick and courteous service for my Honda.
From the first call thru receiving my keys back the process was painless and less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation !

Every time I have called, made an appointment, gotten service the staff has been very nice and professional. I personally believe the tech are ethical and I trust their opinion. A couple times they could have told/suggested I get some stuff done, and they told me I should take to warranty or wherever. I highly recommend Fox Run Auto!!!!

Vinney was so nice and knowledgeable. He is such a nice sweet guy. I really felt like he cared about my safety and not just making money off my vehicle. I would definitely want to return here because of his service. He has cool hair too lol. I even noticed Michael who was calling customers back about the status of their vehicles. He was absolutely amazing also. The staff here seems to work really well with each other and it was refreshing watching them interact with customers and one another. My only issue was with Connie at the front desk. I waited behind the line to be called by her and when she did, she did not greet me only said "may I help you, and thats always rude. I walked toward the desk and she told me to get back behind this desk that I now know was a barrier to help protect them against Covid I'm guessing. It is set up with pencils and as a beverage station so wasn't obvious as a shield to help protect her against viruses lol. Either way, I didn't care for my experience from he too much so She gets a thumbs down from me but everyone else was amazing. The guys were still enough for this place to get 5 stars from me.
