Never took a yoga class before. It was an awesome experience. Staff and other students are VERY friendly. Environment was pleasant. There was no pressure. Just welcoming

Great studio and the secretary Whitney is so polite and professional! She made my fiancée really enjoy the checking in and easy registration process! WE LOVE INNERLIGHT YOGA! The owner Jen, is very polite professional and genuine! Favorite yoga place by far!!! Great teachers, with great experience and varieties! Love innerlight!

This place is amazing. My husband and I had such a wonderful time at our first class and can't wait to come back. Restorative yoga with aromatherapy was perfect!
