Awesome class and wonderful instructor! Can’t wait for my next class!

The location and parking were great. The yoga room was large and teachers are wonderful and if you want, they help with minor adjustments. The locker room was clean and large with cubby's for your belongings and a shower.

Great place and great class

I haven’t been to yoga for a long time following an illness. I chose the Sunday noon Yin class. It was perfect! I felt empowered to make modifications where needed, and allow myself to go deeper into poses where I felt comfortable. All with excellent instructions. I’m sorry that I’ve forgotten the teachers name, but she was a sub for this class. I’m looking forward to my next class soon! Namaste’

Kundalini yoga is healing and just what I needed to transition into Spring ❤️

Hot yoga was pretty legit here. Very warm in the room. The staff were friendly. The studio is very nice and the other participants were also inviting.

This studio is clean and the instructor was so welcoming. Very patient with a first time yogi!

No matter how long I am gone every time I go back it feels like i belong :-) love this studio ❤️
