Kahlua Pork is the best. On this trip, I tried the Loco Moco. Description: "Two Hamburger Patties over Rice, Eggs, Macaroni Salad topped with home made Gravy". Sounds great, right? I was expecting a couple juicy hamburger patties, but what I got was fake costco frozen patties that were dry. The gravy helped a bit, but then again, the gravy didn't have much flavor. Not too happy with that dish, so I will be sticking with the Kahlua pork from now on. I would expect fresh hamburger patties, but I guess my expectations were too high.
