Great work out, loved it, brutal for this old lady (63yr old). Looking forward to next class. Like combo of barre, ball, floor work outs. Staff and instructor very friendly, helpful, as were other exercisers.

Killer workout, I took the suspend class and loved it! Tonya, the instructor was extremely nice and helpful, It was my first suspend class.

This was my first Barre studio class and it was great! A complete total body workout. I felt very welcomed for it being my first time there. I look forward to attending more classes.

I like all the instructors but Valerie is my favorite. It feels so great to be strengthening, toning, and getting in shape with a non-traditional workout that really puts your body to the test (in a good way)!
