About BFFitness

When meeting Frank Tatulinski for the first time, most people probably wouldn't peg him as a Zumba enthusiast. His muscles bespeak a grittier story, encompassing 30 years of martial-arts experience and 14 years of service in the army. As a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, he broke multiple world records for his division—but he needed a workout to keep his body active during the off-season, when barbells return to their racks to hibernate. After his first few Zumba classes, he was hooked.

Frank founded BFFitness to motivate student groups of all ages and backgrounds with the celebratory dance workouts he loves. The BFF in his company's name stands for Best Friends Forever, a nod to the communal atmosphere he fosters during each session.
