We were very disappointed and hope this review deters others from buying this. It was an "express pedicure" and hand paraffin treatment for $20. We walked in to a very small, stinky and very warm salon. Although the technician was kind, it took 2 hours for my mother and I to get our express pedi. She had no running water, wiped our feet off with cold wash cloth, no pedi bath/ soaking of feet and prepped our feet with a quick massage. What was supposed to be an express pedi, turned into a marathon paint my toe nails event. We weren't even a me to talk, couldn't relax and again, took 2 hours! The hand paraffin bath had mold on the bottom of the pot and the wax was not a pleasant smell.
