An excellent massage. Kristen's knowledge and experience is evident as she does her thing. I had also purchased the cryo/wand with the package, which was new to me. I can't really explain it, but my body responded to it. I left feeling relaxed and peaceful. If I was on E-bay it would go something like A+ A+ A+.
