I have not even gone to take my car yet but the customer service so far has been exceptional. I called Friday at 458pm and they picked up And the guy I spoke to was so nice. He explained everything and I was able to book an appointment. I can’t wait to see how they do on the car

This was my second time using Shine My Ride. Once again they did a great job. My SUV was a mess after using it to help with a move. It now is spotless ! They went beyond and fixed a part of my bumper that had come loose. There is as no up selling, although they pointed out that my headlights were cloudy. Definitely recommend them and I will be back.

Everyone was polite. The job was done well and I am VERY pleased. Can't wait to go back. The only drawback is the deodorizer in the office space. Thank Heaven it was not used in the cleaning of my car!
