The shop in general is a pleasure to deal with. Your experience will vary according to who is actually doing the work. Paul was my technician and he did a good job. He was maybe a little over optimistic as to the outcome of the repair though. He talked of restoring the dent from 95 to 99% of original. It was realistically about 80%. The dent is still noticeable, but much improved.
