The body wrap is a cream that then is encircled with a plastic wrap, which you wear for 1/2 hour to 2 hours.

I saw fantastic results, but I was very strict and dedicated. You have to do your own research concerning diet and exercise; you have to prepare and commit. I was told most people average 2-3" loss. I lost 7". I owe a major part of that to my beachbody/shakeology program, drinking 3 liters of water a day, and cutting processed foods and sugars entirely. This process wasn't a quick, no-effort fix. But the people who work here are professionals and really helped accelerate my fat-loss journey. I still have a long way to go, and they were wonderful and eager to welcome me back.

I can better assess after my 6th treatment. I have only had 2. I like the facility and staff. I just hope the Lipo Laser works!!
