I have really been enjoying my dance lessons! It has given me a goal to get out of the office and, most importantly, get me to move! I have a wonderful instructor named Joey. He doesn't mind that I sweat all over him and forget my steps. He's very patient and after a few lessons, I find that I can do some basic steps in several dances. Come give it a try!

I like the instructor's approach for people who have not danced before. Begins with the very basics of connection and works into steps.
