I would rate this as a 4 out of 5 stars experience. I would deduct one star because she was 20 minutes late and never acknowledged or apologized for it (even after I was ask via text AND email to confirm my appointment time). She made it clear that it was a privilege to get an appointment at all. The device was great and she is very good at what she does but I find this level of ego unappealing.

I love her. She is best in waxing. I been getting waxed for 19 yrs. before I found her. The only problem I have is she is far away from my home & extremely expensive.
