Though the kitchen crew at Sendfudge.com has only been making fudge since 2006, the secret recipe they use is more than 50 years old. They make the fudge by hand each day in small 20-pound batches, assisted only by a specially designed kettle that cooks while it stirs, more efficiently than a chef with whisks for hands. The staff churns out classic flavors such as butter pecan and chocolate with walnuts, but they also offer special seasonal and experimental flavors, great for family gatherings or gifting, such as dark-chocolate chili mango and pumpkin-pie fudge at Thanksgiving.
