Staff was very friendly. While I was in the salt room, didn't feel anything different, but an hour later my sinuses were totally clear, cough was a lot better and my knee that was hurting me for 3 weeks wasn't hurting at all. I will say a few days later, the pain came back in my knee, but def felt better after my time in the salt room. Will def go back!

Extremely relaxing; comfortable seating; ambient lighting; and even better: my stuffed up nose unstuffed!
