They never showed up and still haven't returned my message.

The women that were sent to my house were slow and not very productive. The work that they did get done was mediocre and I would never hire them again. I purchased the 3 cleanings and on the first visit they were an hour and a half late arriving and didn't even call me until after they were supposed to arrive. The second visit was almost as bad, they were 45 minutes late with minimal notice. They apologized profusely but that doesn't make up for the repeated disregard for my time. I found it to be very distracting that they were talking the entire time they were here because I was trying to work. I'm still debating if I want to even bother with the hassle of setting an appointment to use the 3rd cleaning session. I will not be recomending this company to anyone - in fact, I plan on leaving a strong review to warn others of the lack of respect for my time.

You were scheduled to come to my house and you didn't show. Nor did you call. Unacceptable!!!!!
