About Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga operates under the guidance of its owner, Steve, who trained at Bikram's Yoga College of India in 2011. There, he learned how to teach the 26/2 series of Bikram Hot Yoga, which leads participants through a sequence of 26 poses and two breathing exercises during 90-minute sessions in a 105-degree room.
