Outside maintenance of buildings needs work. Too many stairs - need elevators. Ice machine in our building didn't work all weekend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your Inn in Newport, OR. I loved my room overlooking the ocean. Clean and comfortable room.

We had dinner in the restaurant. The hamburger and fries were outstanding! We will not be returning as we won't be back in that area again, but we will stay at Shilo Inns in other locations.

Don't assume just because a client has small children they are the ones causing the noise disturbance.

We were given a very warm welcome and assured that anything we needed would be provided. They did follow through with promise of one of their best ocean front rooms. Had covered parking under the building. Weather was terrible, but we could enjoy the beauty of the ocean's high waves from our picture window and comfortable chairs.

get new beds, that was my only complaint.
