Ellen is certainly well informed and excellent at her practice. Her acupuncture greatly relieved a pain I was suffering. She presents a convincing well-rounded case for eastern techniques in conjunction with our western medicine.

I have never had acupuncture before. I've been living with neck pain for 2 decades and the last 3 years with health issues. I went on Friday and thought it was great! It helped my neck pain a lot. Ellen Ona is very knowledgeable! I made my 85 year old father see her yesterday for acupuncture and he is going to be a regular now! Highly recommend it!

I'm a big proponent of alternative medicine yet I had never given acupuncture a chance maybe because it just seemed so "out there." I am not scared of needles whatsoever but I did fear it a little bit but by the time they were applied I was so at ease that I didn't even notice them. I just felt relaxed and focused on being comfortable. I didn't know what to expect afterwards but my shoulder (the reason I went) felt immediately better. Anyone who has ever thought about going should go because it will make a difference. I'm already scheduled to go back again and I can't wait to do so.
