I had a great experience on my initial appointment but unfortunately they discontinued the service. Waiting for my refund.

Nurse practitioner is awesome. She's friendly and knowledgeable.

The nurse handling the procedure was terrific. Getting the appointment was tricky. I left two messages and no one called me back. I had to keep calling until someone answered the phone.

Good results and pain free but trying to book an appointment here is a nightmare!!!! They have an online booking system which only allows you to book for the next two months, when you have six weeks between laser appts you can't book too many that way. Also, unless you live near them you won't get great after work options for appts. Would give more stars if it were easier to book appts
