frustrating that several appts had to be reschudeled once I got there.

The staff was friendly, compassionate and very well educated in their specialty.

It is difficult to determine where the services are located in the building since it no on the directory and it is also not clear on the coupon you are using an office of another professional.

I would come back but there are no times available on your scheduling website!

They closed 3 locations. This purchase was the worst ever!

Their online website is terrible and I wasn't able to make an appointment or even use the website really. I had to call their customer support and waited 1 week before hearing back from them. Finally, the President of the company emailed me and helped me set up an appointment. Also, their office had just relocated due to some strange reason (internal conflicts) and so their new office was a work in progress. It just didn't seem like a professionally run company.

Great service but they moved locations with one day of notice. Also, their online appointment service was awful and that was the only way to make an appointment.

Always running late, changing location, a mess.

I spent $1000 for an 1-yr unlimited coupon for laser hair removal. I have been stood up for my last 3 appts and have not had an appt in over 2.5 months. I cannot get anyone to help me in either getting a refund or finding another place to fulfill my appts and then add 3 months onto the back end of my coupon period. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Scheduling has kind of been a nightmare over the last few months - the locations keep changing and they keep switching their online scheduling program so it makes things weird and confusing. Appointments take place in a shady doctor's office that looks like its been abandoned - no one is EVER sitting at the front desk. You just have to hope that a technician comes out and brings you back. Cant believe there is a sign asking for GRATUITY in a doctor's office! Very tacky.
