About Upper90 Lacrosse

It's been a big couple of decades for lacrosse. Already popular on the East Coast, the sport has expanded west with lightning speed, helped along by a successful professional league and increased interest on the college level. Naturally, this increased attention translates to lots of kids interested in trying their hands at the sport. At Upper90 Lacrosse, experienced coaches help youth-league and high school players perfect their game with a full schedule of games, camps, and practices. Intensive lessons teach fundamental lacrosse skills such as shooting on the run, footwork and dodging, and sleight of hand. Young men and women alike form tight-knight JV and varsity teams during camps, or try out for independent traveling summer teams.
