I highly recommend this practice, especially for people renewing a card. My appt was done by phone in 3 minutes. The Dr had already accessed my medical info and prior card info with the state before the appt. She asked some basic questions about which conditions it helps with most, how I consume it, if I've ever had any bad experiences with it. I will renew with them again next year for sure!

Easy service to use got my card with no problems.The worst part of the process was waiting for the card in the mail but that's on the health dept not the spa.
