The services were great, and staff was great in the office. However on the phone, staff needs a lot of help....hard to understand, kept getting my name incorrect, hard to get someone on the phone.

Arrive on time! When I leave work to be at a dentist appointment at 9 a.m. on a Monday morning, I really don't want to wait 20 minutes for the doctor arrive. That requires me to take that much more time off from my job.

Very nice receptionist...helped me find 2 hour parking. A nice thorough dentist. Clean comfortable office and waiting area.
