Go for the reflexology only The chairs are too awkward and uncomfortable for a proper upper body massage

It was awesome It is not a sports or swedish massage, it is what I refer to as a "City Massage" like I used to get in NYC for stress relief Pop in and relax for an hour Totally wonderful

Excellent. Was very concerned as I have had multiple knee surgeries but the technician knew exactly what he was doing and I could actually relax and even felt a nice massage in an area which I had no feeling for several years. This is my frst time with a fully clothed massage as I am used to the typical ones but this is my new decadence.

Even though it's right on Wilshire Blvd., Bao Foot Spa was very quiet and tranquil. The massage included a good stretch which was great and I felt very relaxed afterwards.

They have a great atmosphere. Very calming. Great massage. Free parking in the back which is a plus.
