Extremely courteous, professional and thorough. Empire arrived when they said they would, didn't pressure me with any additional services and left my sofa looking great. I will definitely bring them back again in the future.

These guys are the best. It was my second time using them and will never use anyone else again. They arrived on time, had no pushy sales pitch and did a very thorough job. My carpet looks brand new again. Also very nice and hard working. I highly recommend them :)

They did a great job. However, I thought I was paying $85 but then I added rooms, was then told I would now pay $235 minus the $85. But, when it was all done, I paid $85 (voucher) plus an additonal $251 for a total of $336, very expensive!!!!!
