Staff members at L’Amande French Bakery arrive at work by 5 a.m. each day to knead and bake for the day ahead. They continue baking fresh loaves as the day goes on too, prepping baguettes so diners can take loaves home. Throughout the day, the authentic French bakery also features recipes passed down through generations for lunch or light meals, such as the Croque-Madame with fresh-baked pain de mie. As an added bonus, breakfast items are served all day, such as the raspberry cream cheese croissant with housemade compote, Omelettes, French toast, coffee, and tea.
