My experience so far has been satisfying. It was easy schedule my appointments, they were professional and although the office was full when I arrived, they brought me in on time. In fact, I was so satisfied with how the receptionist assisted me on scheduling me, that I purchased extra units before my first visit. I completely recommend them to anyone. For sure I'll be a faithful customer from now on.

Christine is the best technician at facility. Online appointment scheduling is difficult, but I am old and technology challenged. So I find calling to make the appointments works better for me.

I purchased a large 6 area deal. I thought it was a great deal, but I am not done with all of my areas and I'm not sure they are going to honor my vouchers. I have only redeemed three visits. One appointment was cancelled by their office, the day before the visit. I also purchased a Livingsocial deal with them. They are in the process of switching over to a new computer system and I have been unable to make an appointment. I found it easy to make an appointment on-line, but they sold so many deals, that appointment times were hard to come by. I like the evening hours. I tried to contact them over the phone. Had never had a laser treatment before so, don't have anything to compare it to. Service is good, not much of a wait time when I've gone in for a scheduled appointment. Only issue I had with them was, for a while it was really hard to get someone on the phone or to return any of my calls. This was something that went on for a few weeks and was frustrating. I was actually worried they had gone out of business and no one would be there when I'd go in for my next scheduled appointment. Especially since I had just purchased more units. That wasn't the case though. There is now a new gentleman in their reception area. He is very friendly and helpful, which I think makes it more inviting.
