I loved this myofascial stretch/release therapy. I’ve never had this treatment before, and my therapist was able to give me a really good stretch without it being painful. I’m pretty flexible to begin with, but I was tight from activity the day before, so I found the treatment really helpful. The facility takes certain insurance plans, so if you’re interested at all, I would try it out!

If you can, book a session (or series) with MELANIE. She's knowledgeable, patient and makes the "work" seem like fun!

If you have flexibility issues, this is the perfect place. They stretch you out so much and you see the difference in range of motion from the start of the hour to the end. Great place. Melody is great!
