I went with a friend for our first class and everyone was so welcoming! The studio is clean and bright, the class was great, I can't wait to go back!

Just signed up especially to participate in Susan Himml's 'Gentle Yoga' class. It was terrific! The studio is lovely, impeccably clean, with all of the yoga gear available in a spacious room that has barres and a mirror. Susan's led us through a lovely series of stretches both on the mats and at the barres and everyone was very enthusiastic about continuing with the class.

Great staff, helpful, caring and focused, with eyes on correct posture for best results. Studio is clean . Variety of classes, great workout.

I was truly nervous about going to a fitness center. Since it's been at least 10 years since I've had a gym membership. The staff at studio13 have been patient and kind, working with me and not making me feel uncomfortable or out of place at all! Thank you.
