David Fowler has spent most of his life working with firearms. The NRA-certified instructor and owner of Fowler's Home on the Range spent more than 35 years in law enforcement—with 18 years on a SWAT team and 4 years of military training—and he holds a total of 20 state and federal firearms certifications. He draws on this experience during classes for the proper use of handguns, shotguns, and rifles.
