A very pleasant experiance. I liked Tiffany a lot.

The lady who worked with us was very friendly and professional. She did a good job. It's a long ways for us to drive to go to this business, so whether or not we will go back there is questionable.

The appointment scheduling process needs to be streamlined. No one was able to speak to me or give me a straight answer about my appointment time

Not a professional environment. I felt it was an amateur job. My nails look horrible ... The polish on my toes never dried properly (old polish... too thick?) and they have to be redone. I would not go back.

I received a shelliac manicure and the nail polish peeled the next day.

The customer service was great but the work very shabby! My mani/pedi will be done over by my normal shop today as my shellac gel nails are lumpy on the sides and there's no polish on the sides of my fingernails and my toes the Polish had to be removed because the polish never dried after 4hrs unbelievable, I'm so crushed.

I'm sure they do a good job at hait but not for a mani-pedi. Long story short, I was there for three hours and the work that was done was not good at all. You are supposed to enjoy your mani-pedi and I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Although it was a friendly environment and everyone was very personable, the quality of the services that I received was mediocre. My polish started messing up and chipping the same day that I got the mani/pedi.
