About Bearded Lady Fly Fishing

Bearded Lady Fly Fishing owner Wesley Hodges and his partner Chris Lalli, both seasoned fishermen, are always at work scouting out new fishing areas and designing custom lures for bait. It's during their guided fishing trips, though, that their expertise shines. Along with a team of expert guides, Chris and Wesley helm half- and full-day trips, as well as lessons, that cover more than 80 miles of sometimes calm, sometimes churning New River and its trout streams. They also explore nearby Whitetop Laurel and Big and Little Stoney. Wading in or casting from the boat, groups ply the rushing waters for smallmouth bass, muskie, and three species of trout.
