Very good training, the trainers go one by one, giving advise, correcting positions and showing the right way to do every exercise. At the 1st class you can feel the stamina and energy.

I sustainable workout with the motivation of the group around you to inspire you and push you through. This is type of all body workout that excellent nutrition result will be evident. All administration and trainers was patient, friendly and encouraging.

Early a.m. class with Jeff this morning... Great workout taking into account my personal limitations. Everyone was having a great time. Jeff managed to give personal attention to all. Looking forward to getting my body back in shape at NJ Fitness Factory!

I stepped into this gym for the first time and instantly fell in LOVE! The group training is amazing and exactly what I need to reach my goals. The instructors motivate us and push us to our fullest potential.Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile. I'm glad I was able to find this gym and would recommend this gym to everyone especially if you simply have no idea what to do when you get to the gym, want a good workout where you will leave sweating or if you just need support while working out.
