Get ready for an upsale extravaganza. Appointment was at 2:00 I got there at 1:50 and didn't get out until 3:30. The only treatment I received was an ice pack for 15 minutes and probably another 10 minutes of stretching. The rest of the time was essentially a sales pitch to get me to spend more money.
