Everyone was very nice and pleasant, as long as you do not ask questions. I asked a few legitimate questions and was told " I am going to leave the room...and you have to decide if this is for you" after using only 1 of the 3 visits, I left never to return. The owner later later called apologized and agreed to a full refund..........as of today no refund. The whole thing was very odd!
