They will do the vent cleaning as described, but are out to find other services you need. However, I did need the extra cleaning and could see where the "bad stuff" was on the fan blades. The young man was very professional,and cleaned up, the work area well afterwards.

Be prepared to spend a lot more money. The limited number of vents offered is only the tip of the iceberg for trying to clean your duct system. I hardly was able to afford the "supply" side. The technicians did a good job of explaining the process. Just would have been better to know before hand.

We were very pleased. the technician JEREMY was exceptional. He provided LEGENDARY customer service. Jeremy was here when he said he would be, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained in detail to us what needed to be addressed. His work ethic was enviable and his customer focus was outstanding. JEREMY deserves all the kudos possible.

Found many things wrong with my air conditioner that the regular servicing of the air conditioner had just over looked, including burnt wires and mold. These are very serious issuses! I guess when you have a servicing contract for your ac it does pay to have someone else look too. And you get clean ducts.
