I love Bikram yoga in Boca Raton! The instructors are very friendly. The learn your name on the first day and encourage and praise your throughout your practice. Everyone should be going to Bikram yoga in Boca!

This is a FANTASTIC Bikram studio. The teachers are incredibly sincere and involved with each and every student. If you're new to this style I recommend jumping right in and start with a challenge. One class here and there may not reveal the benefits like 30 classes in 30 days.
I can't say enough about how much a dedicated practice will fix so many different things. Don't be afraid of the heat...you start to crave it after a while.

Great first class of doing Bikram yoga ever, instructor (Edson) paid close attention to the students, with special regard to me as it was my first ever class and made sure I was stretching and resting properly
