very dissapointed about the look of the establishment, is not what you see on their website. that is a different location.

I had a horrible experience. I called the number listed on the website, someone answered from a cell phone and told me I had called the wrong number. I called again the next day - SAME thing, but I did call the number she gave me and left a message. No one returned my call. I called AGAIN. She was about to tell me that I had called the wrong number when I interrupted and told her that she could schedule my appointment or I wasn't calling back. She scheduled it - but it was inconvenient for her. When I arrived for my appointment, there was no record of it. Instead, I got a sob story about how someone was let go because 'someone else' made the scheduling mistake, I heard about how the

very dirty place!!!

They need to be trained in customer service and professionalism. They need to invest in robes for their clients. I was wrapped in a towel that had a hole in it, while I waited in a chair for the massage. No one offered me water. I had to ask for it. The atmosphere was weird and at times loud. You can hear the owner and girls talking aloud. The actual services were good though, especially the massage.

thought Med Spa was dirty. service was minimal and they screwed up my appointment. would not recommend

wouldnt even waste my time communicating with people who are full of baloney from start to finish.
