The staff was very courteous and informative. My grandkids and I loved the whole experience of being in the cavern. Our tour guide was awesome. She was very informative, interesting, and very patient with everyone in our group. What we saw in the cavern was beyond words. We saw another view of nature. Wished that we could have seen the waterfalls, but understand why they were not operating. We all had a great time. Thank you!

Just a suggestion, maybe you guys could advertise more, the caverns are very well hidden. Very neat experience, Thanks my kids and I loved it and All the Cool History with it!
