Brittaney was awesome. Efficient and put me at ease!

I left 2 or more messages and tried calling multiple times to ask Brittaney a question before my appointment. I never received a call back from her or anyone at the salon which was very frustrating. I also arrived to the appointment before her and received a text a few minutes before the scheduled time saying she was on the way, not sure why she could text that but not answer my messages. The appointment was good overall but the experience before the appointment left me with a bad impression of this salon's professionalism. The price was good and the quality of work was good but because of their lack of customer service I will be trying somewhere else before returning here.
