Made largely from ingredients sourced nearby, the Boise Brewing brews vary by season and each is dictated by what's available for the time of year. Some seasonal styles such as their strong pale ale are served until the kegs run dry. It also serves up a handful of flagship brews, such as Hip Check IPA, Snowboarder Porter, Down Down Extra Pale Ale, and Broad Street Blonde. But making beer isn't all this brewery does. It also hosts fun, beer-centric events like the Hoptober Freshtival block party, where guests get to try beers from more than eight local breweries and grub from a handful of popular food trucks.
