Service was great, however voucher for $125 towards lenses and frame was insufficient. I ended up having to spend another $140 for fairly basic glasses (nothing special in Rx and within $20 of their least expensive frames). Still very satisfied.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one standard pair of eye glasses and one pair of sunglasses with removable lenses. First it took 2-3 weeks to get the standard pair of glasses which I was told at the time that it would take 7 to 10 days. In regards to the sunglasses, not only did it take an excessive amount of time to receive, but when I did the lenses didn't fit in the frames and they were the wrong color ( I guess if I said amber originally then they should have stated that my choices were brown or grey). No attempts to correct, no offers to make it right. I called a couple weeks later to see if we could start over and they ended up quoting me more for exactly the same thing?
