Did a lovely job for both myself & my daughter. The nylon topcoat on my fingers made it thru a day of water skiing & tubing.

Although the services at Muse will not be what I purchased due to unexpected circumstances at Muse, I am being taken care of and feel that Amber wants me to be happy with the value and the service that was originally advertised.

I thought Amber was very nice and professional but the product was unsatisfactory. I have had brazillan blowouts in the past and I don't know what treatment she used but it was not the real brazillian blowout. The first clue I had was it smelled like chocolate. My hair looks nothing like ones I have had in the past. Its been exactly ten days and you can't even tell I had it done. I use sulfate free shampoo and my hair is naturally wavy not curly. I was looking at it yesterday thinking what a waste of money I spent. Very dissappointed. :(

She kept talking on her pjone and stopping. It took nearly two hours for a mani and pedi. The voucher was for a champagne mani pedi facial. The estetichian left the business and so there was no facial

Amber was a good nail tech. I enjoyed her, but the employees were talking to each other a lot and being too casual, I felt, for a spa type atmosphere. Kind-of awkward!
