The staff is knowledgable, helpful and very friendly. I didn,t feel the pressure we all do when walking in to a dealership, and know that they are all trying to sell me a car. They made me feel comfortable about freely looking around, and ask questions with no pressure or obligation to buy anything!

They have always been a great shop and the customer service has always been the best and they do their best to stay competitive and have great deal's on their service and maintaince. I like the reassurance and peace of mind in taking my car their when I need service or warranty work done to my car. Thanks Peterson's!

When the vehicle is received it would have made me feel better if all the work done was explained to me. It was all there in written form, but was not given that little personal touch.
