When Ryan et al actually make it out to your house they do good work, however getting them there and to return emails is a problem. I've been in contact for a couple months now, to finish some work and he's still not gotten back to me. Too busy "doing other projects". He's prob good for bigger projects but I wouldn't recommend him for small ones.
