You have a variety of workout equipment to use. It’s not packed like any gym.

The gym is not overly crowded. Has a good variety of equipment. Very affordable with some classes for free.

We have enjoyed ALL of the classes we tried so far...from Denise' s Low Impact Cardio, Chiesel class, cycling.....and my husband enjoys the machines. Very clean and friendly.
