Honestly, always friendly. I like to call ahead so I don't go in when it is busy. There is only one lady who does waxing and she does an amazing job and always makes you feel comfortable. I got my eyebrows done once, she did great as well.

Friendly, but horrible wax. Was rushed and had so many strains of hair left and left over wax pieces stuck to me! A lot of stubble and hair long enough that could have been easily removed if I was waxed properly. I had to go home and tweeze the leftover hairs, took me 3 hours to get most of them. Wouldn’t go back.
