Lots of cardio equipment, not too crowded during peak times, 5p to 7p. They do need free weights for ladies,.

friendly staff, lot of cardio equipment, but not a lot of free weights, particularly dumbbells. only have 1 set in 5lb. increments from 50-75 lbs
